Leadership, Governance and Accountability Practice for the Humanitarian Sector
Uniquely, putting accountability to affected communities and the role of and consequences to women in emergencies at the centre, this one week course has been crafted to equip humanitarian workers and those interested in building a career in humanitarian sector work with strong foundations for humanitarian work and help them acquire relevant knowledge and skills in governance, leadership and accountability applicable during crisis and emergency situations.
By the end of the course, participants will have acquired the required understanding of foundations of humanitarian work and relevant knowledge and skills in governance and accountability during emergency situations and ready to contribute to new, accountable ways of managing the humanitarian sector.
