Course Overview
Bridge the knowledge gap! There is a commonly found knowledge gap for nonprofit managers that have not yet been addressed in a single training or resources. Managers need blended skills in the management of organization's financial resources, managing risks, and procurement. Most managers do not acquire these blended skills in their education and training, and is not addressed in ongoing institution-run training either. This training bridges the knowledge gap by addressing key management issues in three areas that may have a negative impact on organizations if not well managed. The training will equip managers with combined skills so they will return to the organization ready to apply best practices and utilize needed skills on how to approach some above-listed challenges in day-to-day operations and projects.
