Project Planning and Management Level 2 (PPM)
If you are a practitioner and already familiar with the foundational concepts, theories, principles, processes, and techniques of project planning and management, this course is for you. Among others, you will appreciate how to lead and build the capacity of other project team members and ensuring team cohesion, supervising, evaluating and improving the project team’s performance, assessing projects using various methods, ensuring project quality requirements, corrective action and preventive measures where project management tools and techniques usage problems occur.
You will get more familiar with your role as a project manager such as participating in the estimation and preparation of project cost budget for a projects and monitoring actual expenditure against budget.
