We seek two exceptional individuals to join our team as Partnership and Learning Associate for our MS TCDC-DFC partnership.

Location: Usa River, Arusha

Reports to: Head of Leadership and Governance Academy

 

 

Job Summary

The Partnership and Learning Associate will support the execution of joint learning initiatives between MS TCDC and DFC, focusing on youth leadership and sustainable development. This role involves the design and implementation of learning methodologies, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, and coordination of learning activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement innovative learning methodologies that enhance youth leadership and promote sustainable development.
  • Develop training materials and curricula for MS TCDC programs, with a focus on regional impact.
  • Coordinate and support joint learning activities between MS TCDC and DFC.
  • Design and implement M&E systems to assess the impact of learning programs and activities.
  • Contribute to communication efforts by developing content for outreach and social media platforms.
  • Provide administrative support and project management to ensure smooth execution of activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, youth leadership, or educational programs.
  • Strong communication skills, including experience in digital engagement and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage cross-cultural partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Willingness to relocate to Arusha, Tanzania, and travel on occasion.
