MS TCDC’s conferencing facilities, with virtual convening capabilities, provides an ideal venue for organisations, companies and groups to conduct conferences, workshops and trainings.

We offer full conference and accommodation packages in beautiful surroundings and atmosphere, guaranteed to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

With more of our lives moving online, we are pleased to offer venues that are fitted with digital interfaces that enable audiovisual connections from across the world.

We provide versatile working environments that are tailored to suit your needs and technical support and moderation are offered upon request.

Our facilities are also built to cater for the differently abled and those with impairments ensuring our commitment to promoting inclusivity.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Capacity: 100 – 300 People

The natural atmosphere inspires guests to be engaged and creatively search for new ideas. The space can be booked for big conferences, team building activities or as breakout space.

LARGE MEETING ROOMS

Capacity: 30 – 100 People

The rooms are available for physical, online and hybrid conferences and meetings.

  • PA system: amplifiers/microphones and speakers
  • Stationeries

SMALL MEETING ROOMS

Capacity: 2 - 25 People

The small meeting venues are available for small meetings and workshops and they can also be used as an office space.
