Social Dialogues

Democratic culture thrives on continuous interaction between the leaders and citizens.

MS TCDC provides safe and conducive spaces and platforms for social dialogues through which leaders, representatives, and other duty bearers can interact with citizens on public policy.  This is to ensure that interventions are people-centered and responsive to people's needs.

We facilitate a series of gatherings where duty bearers and rights holders interact and discuss topical issues.

RESIDENCIES

Dedicated space for transnational collaborators to build collective power

Fellowship residencies are an arrangement where a selected fellow or a group of fellow is admitted to reside at the campus for a determined number of days, weeks or months.

In the present-day residence model, during their residence period, fellows undertake their chosen residence assignments in collaboration with MS TCDC Faculty and use some of their residence time to reflect on their own career and personal advancement plans. They get involved in designing and facilitating training, seminars and conferences, share experiences, and connect with and utilise the networking opportunities that we offer.
