Ana is the Executive Director of MS TCDC with over 15 years of experience as a law lecturer and legal expert. She has extensive research experience in constitutional law, human rights, and the philosophy of law, having published various articles and books on these topics. A strong advocate for social justice, Ana's work focuses on empowering underserved groups through legal education and reform.
Ana enjoys mentoring and coaching young people, witnessing their growth into community leaders.

Irene is a Gender and Development expert with more than 20 years of working with universities and INGOs. She is an experienced researcher, writer and trainer experienced in leading and implementing a broad range of research, consultancy and training programs on gender and development work specifically on youths, child protection, social and economic strengthening of adolescent girls and young mothers on entrepreneurship.
Irene holds a Master's Degree of Arts in Development Studies majoring in Women, Gender, and development from the Institute of Social Studies in the Hague and a PhD from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. At MS TCDC, Irene plays a key role in overseeing all matters pertaining to Academics and student affairs. Her hobbies includes reading, networking, travelling, nature, philanthropy and spending time with her family.
Dr. Said Omar is a linguist holding a PhD in Kiswahili (Applied Linguistics) from the University of Dar es Salaam. With over 15 years expereince, Dr. Omar has worked a Swahili-English translator, Interpreter and English Language Instructor.
At MS TCDC, Dr. Omar oversees the Swahili and Intercultural Engagements. Dr. Omar has led and collaborated with several prestigious programs and universities, teaching Swahili to international students. His teaching experience includes institutions such as Yale University, Michigan State University, Carleton College, Duke University, VIA University, Molde University, the University of Pittsburgh, the Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program, and the African Flagship Language Initiative (AFLI) program. In 2014, he served as a Swahili instructor at Michigan State University as a Fulbright Scholar.

Gurty is a certified public accountant (CPA-T), who oversees the finance department on the overall leadership and coordination of the financial management and internal control systems of TCDC and it’s projects, resource mobilization and provision of advice on financial matters.
