Doris Ndewa Likwelile is a learning and training and business development specialist. Currently serving as the head of the learning and training unit. She is responsible for leading the design and implementation of capacity development interventions. She also takes the lead in exploring partnerships with potential like-minded institutions linked to MS TCDC’s vision.
She is a feminist leader who seeks to see a global world that respects and fulfils the rights of young people. She believes in developing learners’ skills in self-directed inquiry. Doris also believes that transformational leadership is crucial for achieving gender equality, fostering a fair and productive working environment, and promoting sustainable development. An inspiring leader, Doris enjoys working with young people, especially young women, to build their confidence in making decisions and having choices.
Doris has a Master’s degree in international business from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts in business from Greenwich University, UK.

Irene is a Gender and Development expert with more than 20 years of working with universities and INGOs. She is an experienced researcher, writer and trainer experienced in leading and implementing a broad range of research, consultancy and training programs on gender and development work specifically on youths, child protection, social and economic strengthening of adolescent girls and young mothers on entrepreneurship.
Irene holds a Master's Degree of Arts in Development Studies majoring in Women, Gender, and development from the Institute of Social Studies in the Hague and a PhD from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. At MS TCDC, Irene plays a key role in overseeing all matters pertaining to Academics and student affairs. Her hobbies includes reading, networking, travelling, nature, philanthropy and spending time with her family.

Omar Said is a Swahili Language and Culture Trainer currently pursuing his PhD in Kiswahili (Applied Linguistics) at the University of Dar es Salaam. Omar holds a BA in Languages and Interpretation from the Muslim University of Morogoro as well as an MA in Swahili Studies from Makumira University. Omar’s academic achievements are complemented by several years of experience as a Swahili-English translator/interpreter, language instructor as well as one year of Swahili teaching experience overseas at Michigan State University as a Fulbright Scholar.

Juliana Shem is a Senior Program Officer at MS TCDC. She holds a Masters of Arts in Educational Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology. She has vast experience in program coordination and management. She has over 10 years of experience coordinating programs, projects, and training. She is a trained peer counsellor cum peer educator. She is also trained in CBET curriculum development, delivery and assessment. She doubles as the Centre’s Accrediting Bodies Liaison Officer and Staff Union Chairperson. She is passionate about academia, project work, research, and development work. She believes in every situation being a learning situation. In her free time, Juliana likes reading, cooking, and travelling.
Lusekelo is a feminist and activist with over 4 years of experience in working with young people, social movements, advocacy and women's rights. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise on youth engagement, development practice, project management, networking, as well as facilitation and training.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Economics from the University of Zambia. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Rights, Governance and Development at the same university.
Nimpher is a Swahili Courses and Volunteers Coordinator with 5 years of experience with international programs providing coordination of volunteers and internship placements across Tanzania.

Nsia Humphrey is a Development professional with over 5 years of experience working with development practitioners on building capacity of development workers. As a Course Coordinator, she supports MS-TCDC on administration of capacity building programs and accredited programs. Nsia has a M.Sc in Governance and Leadership from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya and Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Foreign Relations from the Centre for Foreign Relations in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She is aspiring towards being a trainer/facilitator in the areas of gender justice,feminism and development.
