GURTY M. RAJABU

Head of Finance and Operations rajabug@mstcdc.or.tz Gurty is a certified public accountant (CPA-T), who oversees the finance department on the overall leadership and coordination of the financial management and internal control systems of TCDC and it’s projects, resource mobilization and provision of advice on financial matters.

MARGARET MUKURASI

Human Resources Officer mukurasim@mstcdc.or.tz Margaret is a Human Resources Practitioner who holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology. She currently serves as a Programs Associate at MS-TCDC. Margaret regularly consults for thinktanks, non profits, and community-based organizations. She aspires to contribute toward the realization of a society in which every person is treated with dignity.

NANCY HERRY

Front Office & Logistics Administrator herryn@mstcdc.or.tz Nancy Herry is a mass communicator who works as front office and logistics administrator at MS-TCDC. She believes that customer service is showing the customer how important they are to you and the business by interacting with them in a friendly, helpful and positive way. Beyond listening, customer service is also doing everything in one's power to efficiently and accurately serve each customer. Nancy holds a BA in Mass Communication from the University of St. Augustine Mwanza.
