Learning is an ongoing process and it can happen in many different ways.
At MS TCDC we recognize that learning is an ongoing process and that for the greatest benefit learning opportunities should be as relevant as possible to the actual context of work.
We further recognize that learning can happen in many different ways – not only through training courses or within classrooms. Ultimately, learning should contribute to a change or solve a problem.In that spirit at MS TCDC we therefore offer short courses, academic programs, tailor-made trainings, consultancies, innovative features and Swahili & cultural orientation courses.
To deliver these courses in way which people like to learn we offer learning designs that blend modalities (e.g. online courses, face to face trainings, access to Inspirators and advisors, access to communities of interest and practice, convenings, knowledge sharing opportunities).
