Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Guests are required to pay at least 50% of the total cost of the booking in advance before arrival.

If cancellation is made 14 days before date of arrival, 90% of the fee will be refunded. If cancellation is later that 14 days before arrival or in case of no – show, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

If the client wishes to postpone their arrival date and communicate before 14 working days, the advance payment will be carried forward to the new booking date.
