Vinold holds a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Education and majored in History and Swahili. He later completed a Master's Degree of Science in Governance and Leadership at Jomo Kenyatta University. Vinold started working with MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MS TCDC) in 2017 as a Kiswahili teacher for foreigners and coordinator of the study abroad programs for students mainly from America. Vinold has worked with the Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (NOREC) as a freelance Swahili teacher for foreigners Through Sustainable Environment Management Action (SEMA). He also graduated from Tumaini Makumira University with a Master of Art in Swahili, as his second master's degree
