2023 Graduation

17th Graduation Ceremony

Advancing Transformative Leaders for Africa's Future.

Catherine Mossi
Communications Officer, MS TCDC

MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation will hold its 17th Graduation Ceremony on 23rd for January 2025 at MS TCDC Campus in Arusha, Tanzania, marking an important transition from academic learning to service and leadership.

The Ceremony reflects the institution's strategy of developing ethical leaders to address Africa's governance and development challenges through ethical, inclusive and transformational leadership.

This graduation marks a defining milestone in the life of MS TCDC, reflecting our deliberate and sustained efforts to strengthen leadership capacity and promote ethical, accountable, and inclusive governance across Africa, notes the Principal, Dr. Ana Haule.

The 17th Graduation Ceremony will confer degrees in the Bachelor of Arts in Governance and Development  and the Master of Leadership and Governance.

Graduates of the Bachelor's programme are equipped with analytical and practical skills to contribute to inclusive governance and sustainable development in public institutions, civil society organisations and development agencies, while graduates of Master's programme are prepared to assume leadership roles and influence governance and development outcomes at organisational, national and regional levels.

The 17th Graduation Ceremony will be presided over by Dr. Ndahlawa Masanja, Chairperson of MS TCDC's Board as Guest of Honour. He will deliver the keynote address and officiate the conferment of degrees. The event will bring together graduates, families, faculty members, institutional partners and invited guests.
