ORGANISATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT AND OVERSIGHT

Improve success by strategically addressing the positive and negative effects of risks in the organisation.

Course outcomes
  • Have the knowledge and skills to anticipate organisational risk.
  • Appreciate the importance of risk management in the organisation.
  • Understand methodologies for risk identification and classification.
  • Participants can prepare a risk management plan.
  • Participants are prepared to put risk management into practice in projects and organisations.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to analyse and evaluate adverse events and opportunities for arriving at a well-informed decision-making arena.
  • Produce and present good research-based reports on organisational risks.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to changes and hold new technology in line with global trends.
  • Apply research knowledge and skills to evaluate situations that may hinder success in organizations.
  • Respond to natural and man-made disasters to ensure the success of your organization.
  • Ready to exercise innovation and creativity skills in dealing with risk in organizations.

  • Risk scope, criteria and context analysis
  • Risk assessment process
  • Advanced analysis and evaluation of eisks in organizations
  • Risk factors analysis and forecasting process
  • Organizational risk treatment processes
  • Organizational risk records and reporting templates
