MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MSTCDC) is a renowned Pan-African training centre based in Arusha, Tanzania, dedicated to capacity development in areas such as democratic governance, human rights, and transformative leadership. To enhance the reliability, security, and efficiency of its digital operations, MSTCDC is seeking to engage qualified vendors to carry out maintenance and repairs of critical ICT infrastructure components.
The objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive maintenance and repair exercise of MSTCDC's ICT infrastructure to support digital learning, secure data management, and efficient service delivery across the organization.
The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for the following components:
A. Software Systems and Platforms
Maintenance, patching, or updating of key systems, including: -
B. Server Room and Core Equipment
C. Network Infrastructure
D. Smart Classrooms
E. Repair and Maintenance of Office Equipment (Printers, Scanners)
Interested vendors should meet the following criteria:
Quotations must include the following:
1. Company Profile & Legal Requirements (Valid Business License, Proof of Company Registration as an ICT Service Provider, Company Profile (including company background, services offered, and organisational structure), Minimum 3 Years of Experience in ICT Infrastructure Support, List of three Previous Projects/Clients (preferably in similar ICT projects)
Tax Clearance Certificate and other Statutory Compliance Certificates (if applicable).
2. Technical Capacity & Certifications (Demonstrated Expertise in Networking, Server Maintenance, and Software Systems, capability to Deploy Qualified Technical Staff On-Site, Valid Mikrotik, Oracle and Ubiquiti Certifications, Valid Microsoft Certifications, including Windows Server certification, Maintenance and Repair Work Plan, including Estimated Timelines and a Pre-Work Technical Assessment Report.
3. Quotation & Financial Submission (Itemised Cost Breakdown by Component (Network, Server Room, Smart Classrooms, Systems), Labour and Service Charges Clearly Indicated, Warranty Terms Provided (if applicable)
A mandatory site visit will be conducted and must take place at least three (3) days prior to the application submission deadline. Vendors are encouraged to inspect the infrastructure to provide accurate and comprehensive quotations.
