MS Training Centre for Development Cooperations (MS TCDC) proudly marks its 17th Graduation Ceremony, celebrating graduates of Bachelor of Arts in Governance and Development and Master of Leadership and Governance programmes.
The ceremony recognised not only academic completion but also the formation of leaders equipped with knowledge, values and capacities necessary to foster inclusivity, participatory development and social transformation.
