Nancy Herry is a mass communicator who works as front office and logistics administrator at MS-TCDC. She believes that customer service is showing the customer how important they are to you and the business by interacting with them in a friendly, helpful and positive way. Beyond listening, customer service is also doing everything in one's power to efficiently and accurately serve each customer. Nancy holds a BA in Mass Communication from the University of St. Augustine Mwanza.
