Bishal has a Master's degree in Rural Development, loves photography, sharing stories and inspiring young people to challenge global inequalities. He is a self-starter, trainer, and team player, offering more than 10 year's expertise in Nepal, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. He is experienced in managing humanitarian response programs, building leadership capacity of young people and survivals to engage in local-level response and resilience building. At MS TCDC, Bishal supports Global Platforms in 22+ countries especially on Learning and Impact with focus on Climate and Humanitarian action.
